  • Tenant-aware architecture with role-based routing, isolated user data, and custom theming per tenant
  • Real-time layer on Socket.io: authenticated gateway, per-tenant rooms, message persistence, delivery and read receipts, presence
  • Course modules for quizzes, assignments, and progress tracking, with Kanban and list views on drag-and-drop
  • Multi-provider AI assistant with role-specific behaviour for instructors, students, and admins
  • Cut API latency with Redis caching on hot read paths, plus nginx gzip/brotli and asset tuning
